Outlook MS Outlook 2007 does not load signature when called from Sage Line 50

My colleague has this problem when he tries to send an email using Sage Line 50. Basically when the email dialog is displayed on MS Outlook 2007, no signature is displayed, although the options seem be properly set within the screen.

Any idea how to make the default signature appear even when external program call MS Outlook?

(Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signatures on MS Outlook 2007).
