I cannot view the picture in my Outlook 2003 content sent from my colleague.
It shows a red 'X'. When i do the same thing, i was able to view the picture
in the content when i composed an email but i cannot view the picture (a red
'X')in the "Sent folder" after i sent.

When you click Tools>Options>Security>Change Automatic Download Settings,
what is checked?

Impossible. "Change Automatic Download Settings" is a button that brings up
a dialogue box containing multiple checkboxes. It is not itself a checkbox.

Sorry. I made a mistake!
I meant i did unchecked all the check-box in the "Change Automatic Download
Settings". Same problem.

Offhand, I can't think what else it might be. Perhaps someone else will
have an idea.
