MS OFFICE 2010 problem. I am lost as to what is wrong.

Moved to new computer - Vista 32 to Windows 7 64. Downloaded Office pro.(64 bit version) Set it up OK. 2 users on new system . Me and wife. Transferred Outlook .pst files across, set outlook up using them. My id OK. Wife's id is not. Error code as shown below. However all contacts, folders and calendar items ARE OK. Just cannot send or receive - Full message is :
"task '(e-mail address removed) (wifes id) - Sending reported error (0x8884010F): Outlook data file cannot be accessed." Message repeated for 'receiving' also
I have also used the outlook repair program on this file (scanpst), and it has reported on minor inconsistencies which (it said) it fixed.
FILE DOES EXIST, and is shown in Outlook as being 'the' file it is using. Lost as to what is wrong. MY email is(e-mail address removed)
