MS Netmeeting vs MSN Messenger

Hi,

What are the pros and cons of the above messenger utilities compared to
each other. I ask as I have been told there are security issues with
the MSN Messenger compared to Netmeeting.

Any advice or pointers would be appreciated.

I wouldn't be to concerned. I think MS said they are dropping Netmeeting but
I don't know exactly when or what it would mean for current usage.
