Have a customer who is suffering from external exception
error c0000006, when accessing a third party application
over terminal services. My company sold him the
application - as I do not have possession of the
customers support agrrement, how should I go about
getting the fix so that I can test it and pass it on to
him?
 
Hotfixes are free of charge.
Just phone Microsoft Support and ask for the specific hotfix. As long
as you don't ask other support questions, it won't cost you anything
and you will receive a download link within minutes.
