MS Internet Explore Is not Defualt

Hi,
Recently, Microsoft Internet Explore has not been opening HTML files on
my computer. Every time I ctry to open an HTML file, Microsoft
FrontPage tries to open it. When I right click an HTML file, and
select open with, the Internet Explore option isnt even there. Then
when i navigate to the Internet Explore executable and select it, it
still tries to open the HTML file in Microsoft Frontpage.

What should I do to fix this?

Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Set Program Access and Defaults >
Browser > Select IE.

Right-click > Open with > IE should now be available; Remember to click the
"Always open with..." box.

Click Start, Run and type:

REG EXPORT "HKCR\Applications\iexplore.exe\shell\open\command" c:\iepath.txt

Then, open c:\iepath.txt in Notepad, and post the contents here.
