MS Firewall not functioning after installing MS AntiSpyware

Hi,

I have the same experience as "Scott" from Jan 23 who wrote:

"After downloading and installing the MSAntiSpyware, my
windows firewall is off and can not be turned on. Even
though I follow the recommendations on tunring the
firewall back on or trying it manually, it will not. Did
one of the deleted spywares permanently disable my
firewall? Or is the MSAntiSpyware not working in
conjunction with my firewall? Or has the AntiSpyware
taken-over the job of my firewall? How do I get the
firewall back!!??"

Is there a way to get around?

Did you read the replies to "Scott"'s message? To see the replies, click on
the plus sign in front of the subject header, or choose the expand all
choice at the top of the screen.
