MS Fax Console

I am using MS Fax Console that is available in XP Pro (w/SP2) I have been
using this for several months without a problem. Today, I received a 7 page
fax. The Fax Console states that the status is Success. When I
double-clicked it, MS Office Document Imaging starts, but states "One or
more pages in this file cannot be viewed..." It does show 7 thumbnail
placeholders. Tried other .tif apps, no success. All pages cannot be
viewed.

I sent a multipage fax a few days ago. I went to the Sent Items folder,
double-clicked it, and all 9 pages were viewable. So the MS Office Document
Imaging app does work. Just not with the latest received fax.

Any help? Explanations? Fix?

Tell them to resend the fax, or just the pages that you cannot view. It
is corrupted.
