MS Fax Console/Access and sending single pages with coversheet

Hi,

Someone I work with does daily shipment confirmations using Access and
MS Fax Console. Prior to a PC upgrade, they were using a Windows 98
machine. They would pull up Access, enter 10 to 20 lines of a 1/2
dozen pieces of confirmation information, and then use MS Fax Console
to fax a cover page and confirmation information page tailored for
each individual line in Access.

A new machine was installed with XP, including Access and Fax Console,
and we can't find out how to replicate the batch faxing we did.
Instead of drawing from each Access line individually and pumping out
a cover sheet, then sending each coversheet/confirmation pair of pages
to the respective customers, it is putting out the coverpage with
confirmations for all customers to all of the customers.

The old machine was disposed of, so I can't look at that for insight.

I would appreciate any answers, advice, or insight anyone may have.

Thank you,

Dan

I suspect that your batch processing was controlled from within
MS Access, hence an Access newsgroup would be a much better
place to post this question.
