er. mess. all printers are inaccessible

I have lost use of my fax console. This happened a short while ago as well
but I was able to locate the file name for the console and restore it.
Unfortunately I have misplaced the name of that file so I am stuck without.
When I open fax console it attempts to refresh but to no avail and the error
message: all printers are inaccessible pops up on the bottom border. I am
unable to send or receive any fax without this feature. I have tried
cleaning the registry, no luck. I also have tried the "faxfix" tip that was
on the internet and that too didn't work. Please reply with the name of the
fax console file within Windows XP Home Edition.
Thank you.

my opinion: to use the fax in windows xp you need to connect the device of
fax in its PC and to use the phone line together with modem 56K, cannot be
with the broad band. you can receive its fax from the device or for the PC
later she is alone to print. Windows Vista is only equipped to send fax and
to receive without aid of the fax device but you use phone line and modem
56k

Is it Fxssvc.exe? (That could be specific to my setup though.) Maybe
"Fax" under Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services, needs to be
turned on.
