MS Blast disabled but NOT deleted

Also...disable xp's system restore before running the
tool. Re-enable it afterwards.

I followed all the steps, (including running the patch W32
Blaster from Symantec) BUT I still see
msblast in the system configuration utility window.
Location:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CurrentVers...
