MS Antispyware startup issue with Roxio

When Microsoft Anitspyware starts up on reboot (or even
if I shut it down intentionally and restart it), the
Windows (XP) installer starts and tries to install Roxio
EZ CD Creator Basic.... every time!

Help!

The computer has Roxio installer, but also is having
problems starting up....

I did a "repair" from the Add/Remove Programs console on
Roxio EZ CD Creator Basic and it solved the problem.
