MS antispyware could not remove trojan spyware

Yesterday, while running MS antispyware, it detected
Trojan downloader.BHO.req. I asked the antispyware to
remove it. But, after restarting the laptop, the
antispyware still says that the trojan downloader is
present.

I tried removing it nearly 10 times. Although,
antispyware says that it is removing the spyware, it does
not do it. I tried disabling the system restore and I ran
the antispyware in safe mode. Still, MS antispyware is
unable to remove it.

I tried kill and hijack software to fix it. But it is of
no use!!

Steps to take if you have spyware that is not removed by
Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware (beta)
1) Open up AntiSpyware
2) Click Tools at the top
3) Click "Submit a Suspected Spyware Report"
4) Fill out the form with as much detail so they can
analyze quickly

Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at startup;

Empty your temporary files
AND
your Temporary Internet Files* C:\Documents
and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files folder ;

Run the scan while in safe mode;

If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-
ons, and uncheck any BHO's that you don't recognize.

I believe that a trial download of Ewido Security Suite
will take care of this one:

http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

You may need to scan twice with a reboot in between.

If you to to Tools, advanced tools, system explorers, IE bho's- can you see
this object, and can you choose to block it?
