MS AntiSpyware (Beta 1) & Panda Antivirus

Since installing MS AntiSpyware (Beta 1) Software on my
computer, everything seems OK, apart from System Agents
in Real Time Protection which seem to see my Panda
Antivirus Program as an 'Event' and shows it as 'Allowed
Windows Services'? Should I remove this item? it is my
Antivirus Program, and to me it does not belong there, as
it is no threat. Don't know if it a coincidence, but I
have also noticed that now when I am logging off Windows
I get the following error message: gcServAlert.exe DLL
initialisation failed, as you were logging off. Is this
anything to do with MS AntiSpyware (Beta 1) and my Panda
Antivirus Program? Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank You Regards to All

Have seen MSAS and Panda Titanium coexist well on a system. Try
going to MSAS in the Control Panel, click the Change button, then choose
the Update option to reinstall/update it to see if that fixes the issue.
