MS Access License

I installed the CD Microsoft Office 97 professional
Edition. It stated that the setup was complete but when I
tried to start Access, an error message came up. The
error message was "MS Access could not be started because
there was no license for it on this machine." However, MS
Excel, Word, Powerpoint and outlook were running fine off
the same installation. What should I do? how do I fix it?
