MS Access 97

Hi,

I am trying to install MS Access 97 on a PC that is
running MS XP Home edition from an original MS Office 97
CD. MS Excel, Word, etc installs OK but when I try to
start MS Access I get the following message:

"MS Access can't start because there is no license for it
on this machine."

I uninstalled and reinstalled it couple of times but the
result is the same. Do you have any idea why this might
be happening?
