Access license

I bought Office 2003 Basic with a new computer. I rarely used Access and
Powerpoint that I had with Office 97 but did for some specific needs. I
loaded these two programs via Office 97. Power Point came up OK but Access
sent an error message indicating that I did not have a license which, of
course, I do.
Can anyone tell me how to get access to Access?

You haven't quoted the exact error message (it makes a difference) but this

You have encountered a bug, caused by of all things, a font (Hatten.ttf).
You can fix it manually by removing the font and making a few registry
changes, but the easiest way is to run some code available from Microsft at:

You were exactly right. The font caused the problem which is now fixed.
