MS Access 97 database errors on Win XP SP2

Hey, don't know if anyone has come across this.
When I try to go to a section of the database it brings up the following
error, "Microsoft Access can't invoke the appplication using the RunApp
action".
I have installed all components with Access 97 and I believe XP SP2 comes
installed with MDAC, so I'm stuck as to what to try next.

Any ideas / things i can try, would be more than welcome!

It's likely a permissions problem. Windows XP SP2 tightens security, and the
app is probably trying to do something of which SP2 does not approve. It's
difficult to be any more specific without knowing what it is that the code
is trying to do.
