mrxsmb.sys slow boot delay

Does anyone know the solution to the delay caused by the
mrxsmb.sys driver after login to WIN XP PRO? This is
identified in BootVis as taking an additional two minutes
to login and be able to run another program. My file
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mrxsmb.sys is dated Nov 18,
2002 12:27PM. Is there anyway to get the latest version
of this file in some type of patch or fix?

I've already tried unchecking "file and printer sharing"
and rebooting, but it still takes 2 minutes.
