This error causes the machine to lock up, only happens to
Win2k machines. Checked in the KB for this error but there
is no resolution to this, suggest to look in SDK for error
codes. The code says its got something to do with the time
synch. but the times are correct. Please advice.

Thanks,

JL

Are you sure this is crashing the machine?

This warning in the logs happens when you connect to a local resource using
a UNC. For example, at server1 you access \\server1\share instead of
D:\share.

I've also seen this with a DC that lost it's computer account. That logged
a lot of these upon boot; presumably hitting itself when looking for
\\domainname.com\sysvol, etc.

Paul.
