MrxSmb error 8003

I am running Win 2K on one machine (home network) and my
husband has Win 98 We both have all the MS updates.

I continually get a lot of slow downs on my machine and an
error in the admin event log that is MrxSmb error 8003
event. It reads like:
" The master browser has received a server announcement
from the computer Sonnagul that believes that it is the
master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_
{XXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX. The master browser is stopping or
an election is being forced. "

I have read and reread in the microsoft stuff but cannot
seem to correct this.

Anyone have any ideas?
