Mr. Da Costa: HELP me...please.

Thank you for your help...but...i cannot enter in Start! this is my
problem...i open all the
activities with the task manager! when i try to select Start it say that
Windows Explorer do not respond.
Also, with my computer i have not recieve the disks with Vista or other
hardware!
I know, i'm not luky!!

Huh? Well there is your problem.

You should contact the vendor who sold the computer, see if they can
help with the disks and other problems.
