MPEG-2 Encoder

Hi, how is everybody doing?

I need to know which is/are the best MPEG-2 video encoders(s) available. and
where and how to get them.

There are some high-resolution outdoor DV-AVI files that I need to convert
to a DVD. The Adobe Premiere 6.5 MPEG-2 encoder left a lot to be desired. So
did Pinnacle Studio 8.

The original videos were taken with a Sony VX1000 DV camcorder and are of
really excellent quality which is reflected in the DV AVI captures.

Why not go with wmp9 series encoder!
Youll find it at downloads wmp9 series,instead of the
player scroll down to encoder.
