MP 9 stopped working

Hi
My MP 9 stopped working yesterday and when I try and reinstall it I get an
error message saying that it was not fully reinstalled and can I go back to
microsoft to redownload and install.Please help as I love using my MP

hiya byte,
have tried to reinstall serval times and have tried the trouble shooting
which didnt work.So I did a search on pc and managed to go back to when it
was working but thanks for the reply.

If you are happy with WMP9 fine, but if you want to upgrade to WMP10, try
it in Safe Mode, this will avoid installation problems.
