Internal Error Message

I downloaded the MP 10 update, and cannot open MP at all
now. All I get is the message, "An internal error has
occurred. I love MP and would like to either get 10
working or rollback to MP 9. Anyone that can help is my
new hero.

Instead of the update, download the entire WMP10 and reinstall it over top
of itself. Also suggest you run Ad-Aware for possible malware on your
harddrive.
