MP 3 Manager program

I just bought a new MPIO MP3 Player
I downloaded the MP Manager 2 but can't seem to run the
program
I keep getting the following results

"index [0] is out of range [0-0]

followed by
microsoft visual C++ runtime library " runtime error:
C:/program files....... abnormal program termination"

Sounds like the "MP Manager" software is buggy. Try reinstalling or
contacting the author.
