Can't access My Pictures

Every time I try to go into my My Pictures folder, I get an error.

It says exactly :

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:/WINDOWS/explorer.exe

abnormal program termination

C:\Windows\Explorer.exe or Iexplore.exe, abnormal program termination.
Could be related to the browser add-on Common Name.
Click here for details and possible fixes (or just use Add/Remove to
uninstall Common Name)

Now as far as SP2 I will be nice Microsoft downloaded it to your computer
and if I was you I would install it to protect your computer and keeping it
updated.
