Correcting index

When I try to run my new MP3 music manager program I keep getting the following messages

"index [0] ouf of range [0-0]
followed by the
"visual C ++ RUNTIME LIBRARY runtime error! program C: / Program files...... abnormal program termination

Can anyone please help me?

This is a program error. You need to check it out with the tech support for
the mp3 music manager program.
