Moving XP to my new computer

I recently bought XP Professional to upgrade my previous
OS. Now I'm going to have a new computer built and would
like to transfer/load XP to the new computer. How do I
let "Microsoft" know that I am moving my license from one
computer to another? I'm assuming with online
registration that they'll know otherwise that I'm loading
to a new workstation. The older computer will no longer
be in use.

Any advise? Thanks,
