Moving the Un-Movable

Here's another issue... I had someone do something you aren't supposed
to be able to do. And now I can fix it.

They moved their main Contact folder in the Folder List in Outlook to
be a subfolder of Deleted Items. And now I can't move it back. It
doesn't delete when they empty their trash, but it's still annoying
that it won't move. I've reset their Outlook and even blew away their
profile on their machine (Windows 2000)... but nada.

*pulls out hair*

Try starting Outlook once with the /ResetFolders switch. If you need help
