Moving Taskbar Icons.?

How do I get Taskbar Icons to move.?

I have three programs that start automatically when I turn on my computer
(Lotus Notes, Windows Explorer and Outlook). When Start-up has finished, the
Taskbar Icons are in the following order from Left to Right.

1. Outlook
2. Windows Explorer
3. Lotus Notes.

I want to be able to move the Taskbar Icons to the following order:

1. Lotus Notes
2. Windows Explorer
3. Outlook.

Is it possible to tell Windows 2000 the order of which programs to start.?

Any help would be appreciated.
