Taskbar icon order of open windows

How do you change the taskbar icon order of open windows?
For example I have three programs running and displayed in
my taskbar: 1)Outlook 2)Excel 3)MS Explorer.
I want the order of the icons to be 1)Excel 2)Outlook 3)MS
Explorer.
Obviously I can close the apps and then open them in the
order I want, but it doesn't work well when I have 10-15
apps going at the same time.
