Moving sent items to another folder

When my customer moved her sent items to another folder, they disappered. She
was connected to an exchange 2003 server. After a few minutes they all were
gone.

Any help would be appreciated.

I was told that the customer dragged the sent items to another folder. After

Are you saying that they were in the destination folder and then
disappeared? Is autoarchive enabled on the destination folder? Where is
the destination folder located?
 
I need to obtain these details as I do not know what was done exactly. What I
do know is that when she was not connected to the exchange server, all the
sent items were in the folder that she created. When she connected to the
server, they disappeared from the folder.
