emails are missing after they move to personal folders

I have a user who received about 28 emails over night. When she opened up her
outlook she saw the emails in the Inbox and then they moved down to her
personal folder, after a minute or so, most of the 28 messages were gone.

They weren't in deleted items and she doesn't archive and no filters are on.

We are using Outlook 2002 with Exchange 2003.

Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]

Get rid of the Personal Folders file. She apparently has her mail profile set to deliver all mail to that store.

Then you'll need to change the profile so that it delivers to the mailbox, not the Personal Folders file.
