Cannot move folder - "may contain private items"

I have found 5 or 6 individuals on this message board who are having this
problem - but no one has a solution yet. Thought I would try again...

Using Outook 2003 (and Exchange Server) - one of our secretaries (who has
rights to her attorney's Outlook mailbox) is attempting to move some folders
into a .pst file, but she is getting a message that says "cannot move folder
- may contain private items."

There shouldn't be any private items in the folder and subfolders (which
contain many, many emails - so looking one-by-one isn't really an option.)

FYI - We did an Advanced file and found only one email that had a
sensativity setting of "private" - but it let us move than one email into the
..pst file - but even after it was gone, it wouldn't let us move the folder.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
