Moving photos down to bar

I used to use ALT D when moving a bunch of still shots down to bottom bar. Now it doesnt work. WHat happened?

Use Ctrl D

My mistake.

In the collection window Ctrl A selects everything. Ctrl D brings them to
the time line.
