I, and my collegues frequently log on to different PCs. How can we access
our e-mails through Outlook without having to set up a profile on each
machine. Or how can we access the mails received/sent on one machine on a
different one?

After furious head scratching, Harry Hornet asked:

That would completely depends on your network configuration and type of mail
account.
Exchange in a domain with roaming profiles enabled is the recommended and
most used configuration.

Yep, roaming profiles is a domain function.

Roady, Thanks, but we do not use Exchange - can we still use roaming
profiles?
