Moving office info from laptop to Main PC

How do I move all my 2007 MS OFFice information.......Outlook info (contacts,
appointments, notes, etc..), BCM info, MS word info, from my laptop to my
work pc?
 
Why can't you copy the BCM database to the new computer?
