Moving menu items

How do I move programs on the start menu so that I can categorize them? ie.
all graphics programs in one folder.

Right-click the Start button and choose Open to see the start menu for YOUR
login only.
Right-click the Start button and choose Open All Users to see the start menu
for all users.

Both will open a normal Windows Explorer window at the start menu folder so
you can organise them.
