moving lost window back to visible part of my screen

I have a window when open is off my visible screen. When I right click the
taskbar button I have the move option which puts the icon in the upper left
corner of the screen with the arrows attached, but I can't remember how to
use it to bring the program window back into view.

After clicking on Move, the window has focus. Just use your left/right
arrow keys to move where you want it.
Then click on the window to release the Move sequence.

Thank you that has moved my window back into the visible screen area, but it
appears that it is of very small size and thus can't be seen. Any
suggestions for this? When I go to right click the taskbar button it doesn't
offer a maximize, only restore.
