Moving Internet explorer settings to a new computer.

Hi
I have recently upgraded my computer.
I cannot get IE to display links on webpages I visit
regularly.
Can I import the IE browser settings etc. from my previous
computer, because I know these work as I want?
If so can someone tell me how.

Hi,
Can you explain a little more what's happening or not happening? Are links
not changing color after that site has been visited?
