moving from olde server (remote) to a new server (remote)

I'm using FrontPage 2003, all website pages are on home machine and published
to remote server. Current web hosting service is changing servers, and we do
not know the best way to move website from one remote server to another and
keep frontpage extensions (both servers execept extensions), i.e. - to keep
current count on hit counters, etc. (right now, all my experience is - creat
page/site on home machine and publish remote site, nothing fancy). Note: I am
a dial-up user.

If your host is changing servers, then they should migrate your web to the new server.

If not, open your remote web, and copy the contents of the _private folder to a location on your
machine.

Then publish your web to the new server, open the web on the new remote server and paste the
contents of the "old" _private folder to the new one on the new server.
