Moving from Office Pro, Outlook, to Windows Mail

Just acquired new machine with Vista. Intend to use Windows Mail. Have used
Outlook on an XP box with Microsoft Office Pro. Have moved contacts &
favorites, but can't find a way to import folders & messages from old machine.

I have also changed in Windows Mail and cannot seem to import Outlook
calendar information.
