Moving from eval kit to retail kit

We used XP Embedded studio evaluation to create XP
Embedded operating system matching our hardware and
system.
After the successful evaluation phase we bought a retail
version from Eastronics, this version was installed on a
different PC and while trying to load the slx project we
get the following error:
An error occurred while openning file
G:\XP-Embedded\Tiny866-2.slx
Code 0X80070057
Description= the parameter is incorrect

Our hardware is described in sld component that was loaded
into the Component Database Manger where the retail
version is installed.

Apparently there are issues with corrupt .slx files and this error, as well
as a size limitation error generated by TD. Also keep in mind that in
addition to the tools the database must be updated too. Simply make backup
copies of all your custom components and re-import them into Component
Database Manager.

Hi,

The databased (.sld) was updated too where the retail
version installed.
I have looked at the links below and did not find a
solution for the problem.
If I am moving from eval TD to a retail one it suppose to
be transparent while copy the files ?
