Retail Ver of Dev Tools

Hope someone can help
This is probably a stupid question and been asked before but, I cant seem to find it anywhere. I have installed the eval version of the development kit and have just purchased the retail version
My question is

Do I need to uninstall the eval ver of everything before I install the retail ver to allow me to compile retail versions on embedded. Also if I uninstall everything can I still use the saved .slx files to open in the retail version.

I believe that you will only have to install the tools from the retail
version disk. I have never really used the evaluation version, hence I
haven't gone from the eval. version to the retail version. I have, however,
uninstalled and re-installed my component database using the evaluation disk
and nothing expired.

disk. Nothing expired and the database had the same number of components as
it did when I originally installed the database using the reail disk. You
should be able to use your same .slx files with the retail version.

in the retail version. Yes, but to make sure that you have your slx up to
date with any QFE's make sure to choose Configuration>Update Configuration
from the TD menu for each SLX (may not be necessary, but better safe than
sorry )
