Moving dhcp to a different server

I currently have some dhcp scopes running on a DC and would like to move them
to a different dhcp server that is a member server. When I use DHCPExim to
export them all is well. But when use DHCPExim to import to the member server
I get access denied.

I've tried the procedure in Q325473 but I get the same result. What am I
missing here?
 
Be sure to be logged as Administrator and not member of Admin group.

Further to the message from Charles, you may receive an "access denied"
message during import procedure if you are not a member of the Backup
Operators group.

Q325473 is recently(Apr 06' 05) updated with more details & trouble-shooting
tips. Please try newer version and see if that helps you better. I would be
pleased to provide any further help, if needed.

Also, I suppose you are using this on Win2K and not Win2K3 :-)
