Moving contacts

Hi Can someone tell me how I can move my contacts from a computer running win
98se and contacts are in outlook express to a computer running vista and
using windows mail.

I am having a similar problem. I was able to transfer everything from my new
computer to my old one (XP to Vista), but my contact list did not transfer.

Any suggestions?
