How to move Windows Mail?

I am moving from an early Vista Home Premium laptop to a new faster Vista
Home Premium laptop. How can I (easily, I hope) move my entire Windows
Mail - messages, contacts, account info, etc. from one to the other. The
laptops are networked together, along with a couple other XP Pro computers,
via Ethernet, in my home network. I know how to locate and copy the
messages and contacts. But I have many accounts, and rules, etc - a real
pain if I have to create them individually. TIA, Paul

See www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx and the section on WinMail. The account info
is now in the message store and the registry keys specified on that page
hold the rules and other settings. Just back those up in Regedit and then
merge them in the new computer.
