Moving address book from Live Hotmail to Outlook 2007

Can you tell me how to import my address book from Live Hotmail to Outlook
2007 so those addresses become my contacts?

install the outlook connector and copy the contacts to your local folder.

I did download the Outlook Connector, but I cannot see how to copy my
contacts from Live Hotmail to Outlook. Guess I am not savvy enough to do it?
