You're right, it's a good one. A few months back I was looking for such
a program and also found that one. However, somebody else mentioned
Ulead Gif Animator 2.0 - last freeware version:

You're right, it's a good one. A few months back I was looking for such

On the other hand, I need to mention that I have both. Each has features
that the other doesn't.
